Do I need to replace the printer ink?
Thanks to its thermal printing technology, our TEDDYPRINT® printers require no ink, ribbons, or thermal transfer tapes. Simply load the paper, and you're ready to print.
Does it print in color?
No, it only prints in black and white.
Is it compatible with my phone and computer?
The printer is compatible with all Android and iPhone smartphones, tablets, iPads, and Windows or Mac computers.
Are the prints permanent, or will they fade over time?
TEDDYPRINT® thermal paper is coated with three or four layers: a smoothing layer, a thermosensitive layer, a front protective layer, and/or a rear protective layer.
- It provides excellent thermal image printing quality.
- The protective layers ensure durability against water, alcohol, light, oil, silicone, plasticizers, solvents, and certain chemicals.
- The front protective layer ensures ink adherence during pre-printing and reduces thermal head wear.
- BPA-free certified.
- Lasts 10 to 25 years (exact lifespan is detailed on each product page).
How much do paper refills cost?
Choose our paper refills, available in packs of 2 rolls or 100 sheets. The white paper roll is priced at €22, while the pack of 100 flat sheets costs €29. Forget about costly ink cartridges: with our system, no additional ink is needed.
