RETURNS & REFUNDS

TEDDYPRINT® offers a 14-day return policy. If you do not like the product or if you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to return the product to us. If you contact us after 14 days or if the product has not reached us within the allotted time, returns will not be accepted.

To be accepted for a return, the product must be new, unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging as you received it.

Please do not send your product until you have received confirmation from support.

To be eligible for a return, please provide the following information to support:

  • A return request email sent to contact@teddyprintpocket.fr within a maximum of 14 days after the date of receipt of the package (postal tracking is proof).
  • 2-3 photos of the product (or video if necessary)
  • An email explaining the reason for the return/refund request.

Once we have this information we can decide what to do next.

If your request has been accepted you will be promptly notified by email, and you will be given all the details to return the product.

For requests eligible for a refund, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the product and inspect it, you will receive an email confirming that the product has been received.

If the return conditions have been met and your return is complete, you will receive a refund for your order. This will appear on your bank statement or Paypal account within 14 days. Return costs will not be refunded.

Refunds will not be accepted for the following cases:

  • If the package was not delivered because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • If the Post Office tracking says "Delivered" but you say you didn't receive anything.
  • If a postman does not leave you a delivery notice and the package is returned to the sender (you will need to make a complaint to the postal service in your country. La Poste for France, BPost for Belgium, etc.)
  • Other exceptional circumstances which are beyond the control of TEDDYPRINT® (natural disaster, snow, etc.).

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

We only exchange defective products. If you have received a defective product, please contact us by email at contact@teddyprintpocket.fr within 14 days maximum after receiving the product. Please note that proof (photos, videos, etc.) will be requested.

DELIVERY

If you wish to return a product, the return costs will be your responsibility.

All products returned to us must be sent with a tracking number to the address indicated above in order to avoid any dispute. We invite you to provide us with the tracking number of the returned product at contact@teddyprintpocket.fr.
